This workout, designed by Dymatize athlete David Morin, will challenge your cardiovascular fitness, promote fat loss, and increase your strength.

And it can be done just about anywhere.

The whole workout will take you about 30 minutes and burn a lot of calories in the process.

Here’s what you need to do for each 10 minute round:

Perform the exercises in pairs and rest 2 minutes between each set to get your heart rate back down to under 100 beats per minute.

Spend about 10 mins on each pair before moving on to the next pair of exercises. As you progress, you may be able to shorten your rest periods. This will better allow you to complete all 3 sets in the given time frame.
